As you may know, The Academy for Private Duty Home Care has been facilitating a Mastermind Group for those companies with $5 Million in revenue or more per year.  This group has been meeting for the last year and a half and the members have enjoyed building relationships with each other as well as discussing the successes and challenges of owning and running a large private duty home care company.  Well, now it is time to form our next group for private duty companies that are affiliated with a home health agency or hospice and we’d love for you to join us if you’re in that category.

Our first meeting will be in New York City on November 20 and 21, 2014. Marki Flannery, the CEO of Partners in Care, the private duty arm of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York will host our meeting in her offices on Broadway in Manhattan. Marki has built an amazing company and if we get nothing more than seeing how they run their business it will be worth the trip.

The Private Pay in Home Health Mastermind Group will be limited to ten non-competing companies with two people per company attending. We will share benchmarking information, exchange strategies and ideas, discuss marketing methods, and work together to solve the challenges facing all of the members.

Please take five minutes and look at the registration page.  Below is a a video (also on the registration page) with some of the members of the $5 Million group to give you insight on what they have gained from being a part of the $5 Million group.

Discuss it with your Private Duty Director. Then sign up to join us in New York for the introductory meeting. I guarantee it will be a terrific investment of your time and money. The first ten non-competing companies to register and pay will be admitted to the group. If there are more than ten, we’ll start a waiting list. Don’t be left behind. Register today to join us in New York!
