The Illinois Chapter of the Home Care Association of America invites sct-3fingersyou to participate in a one-day interactive workshop featuring Aaron Marcum and Stephen Tweed, two of the nation’s leading authorities on how to grow your home care business.

Aaron Marcum is the founder and CEO of Home Care Pulse and the former owner of a highly successful home care business. Stephen Tweed is the CEO of Leading Home Care … a Tweed Jeffries company and founder of The Academy for Private Duty Home Care®.

Together, Aaron and Stephen will explore the latest information on the state of the home care industry and the challenges facing owners, CEOs and administrators. They will discuss the latest industry data on the top techniques for business strategy, sales, marketing, recruiting and retention. They will also lead an interactive dialog, digging deep into the issues that are blocking home care companies from accomplishing their goals and achieving greater success.

The Illinois Chapter of HCAOA is THE only state association for PRIVATE DUTY agencies who come together to support each other and to promote the growth of home care in the state of Illinois. The Illinois Chapter is one of the most active in the nation, taking the lead on legislative lobbying efforts in Springfield regarding bills that affect our industry (e.g., The Domestic Worker Bill), consumer safety and protection, and others that may impact our industry. The IL Chapter also has a close working relationship with IDPH, especially with the rules and regulations impacting how we deliver our service and differentiate our agencies as true leaders in home care.
