About Stephen

Stephen Tweed, CSP, is an internationally known health care and business strategist, award winning professional speaker, and published author. He is the CEO of Leading Home Care… a Tweed Jeffries company and the Founder of The Home Care CEO Forum® and Caregiver Quality Assurance®.

Stephen has been speaking professionally since 1979 and has presented over 2,000 keynote speeches and learning seminars for association conferences, corporate meetings, and public workshops. Stephen has served as the President of the 3,000 member National Speakers Association and in 1993 earned the prestigious designation CSP, Certified Speaking Professional. In 2012 Stephen was awarded The Cavett, the highest award given for service by the National Speakers Association.

Stephen has served on the boards of directors of three not-for-profit home health agencies in Pennsylvania and Kentucky, on the board of a major rehabilitation hospital, and as the interim President and CEO of a $25 million home care company providing home health care, private duty home care, home medical equipment, and home infusion therapy. Stephen is also the father of an adult son who is physically disabled, lives in a wheelchair, and uses the services of private duty home care on a daily basis.
