Over the past six years, we have grown Caregiver Quality Assurance to be your resource for recruiting, selecting, training, and retaining high quality caregivers, office staff, and sales representatives in private duty home care. We are continuing to grow this program by offering the members of CQA ongoing education in the form of online learning and live workshops.
Beginning in January 2013, we will be offering monthly live web conferences on topics related to recruiting, training, and retention. This will be on top of the live web conferences we already provide to members of CQA to help you learn to use the online selection system provided by CQA.

These live web conferences are FREE to active members of Caregiver Quality Assurance. They are available on a Pay Per View basis for non-members.
Live Workshop – Finding and Keeping Top Talent
