“It’s Not Who Has The Best Ideas—It’s Who Executes Their Ideas Best”

I wish I had written that.  But I didn’t.

I wish I had wriexecution-is-the-strategy-3D-covertten the book, “Execution IS the Strategy:  How Leaders Achieve Maximum Results in Minimum Time.”  But I didn’t.

I could’ve, would’ve, should’ve, but I didn’t.

However, one of my dear friends, a professional speaking colleague and a past President of the National Speakers Association did write the book.  And it just came out on Monday.

Laura Stack from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is The Productivity Pro.  She just released “Execution IS the Strategy:  How Leaders Achieve Maximum Results in Minimum Time,”

In today’s world of rapid, disruptive change in home care, strategy can’t be separated from execution. You have to continually adjust your strategy to fit new realities. But if your organization isn’t set up to be fast on its feet, you could easily go the way of the hundreds of home care companies that have closed in the past four years.

Laura Stack shows you how to quickly drive strategic initiatives and get great results from your team. Her LEAD Formula outlines the Four Keys to Successful Execution:
  • Leverage your talent and resources
  • Design an Environment to support an agile culture
  • Create Alignment between strategic priorities and operational activities
  • Drive the organization forward quickly.

She includes a leadership team assessment, group reading guides, and bonus self-development resources.

Laura will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration to help you hit the ground running!

We’ve already reached out to Laura and invited her to be a guest on an upcoming Academy for Private Duty Home Care® web conference.
