One of the most powerful things we have done at Leading Home Care to help owners and CEOs grow their businesses and get ready for the future is to create The Home Care CEO Forum, and introduce the Mastermind Concept to the home care industry.  A Mastermind Group is a group of ten to twelve non-competing companies that come together on a regular basis to share ideas, solve problems, and support one another.  We introduced the first Home Care CEO Mastermind Group in 2012 with the $5 Million Mastermind.  Five companies generating $5 million or more met in Orlando FL in February of 2013.

That group has grown into our Top 5% Mastermind group, thirteen companies that generate between $7 million and $20 million in annual revenue.  We then introduced The Strategic Growth Group, and the Top 10% Group.

The Top 5% name comes from the annual revenue ranges in the Annual Home Care Benchmarking Study from Home Care Pulse.  In 2017, the 95th Percentile in Revenue – Top 5% – was $7,985,000.  The 90th percentile- Top 10% – was $4,870,000.

In July, 2018, we introduced the Top 7% Mastermind.  This is a group of companies that generate between $5 million and $8 million in annual revenue.  The first face-to-face meeting of the Top 7% group will be in Las Vegas, NV on November 9 & 10, 2018. This is the weekend before the Decision Health Private Duty Conference.

Currently, we have seven companies committed to membership in the Top 7% Mastermind. They are from:

  • Montgomery, AL
  • San Francisco, CA
  • Stuart, FL
  • Tallahassee, FL
  • St. Charles, MO
  • Brainerd, MN
  • West Chester, NY

If you are an independent, private pay home care company that provides 5,000 to 8,000 hours of service per week, you may be a good fit for this group.  To learn more, and the receive an invitation to be a guest for our next online video meeting, Follow the LINK.

If your company is smaller than 5,000 hours per week, you may still qualify to join a Home Care CEO Mastermind.

  • Strategic Growth Mastermind – 1,500 to 3,000 hours per week
  • Top 10% Mastermind – 3,000 to 6,000 hours per week
