The Private Duty Field Trip is back! We have confirmed the first two dates and locations for this spring and we’re ready for you to take advantage of the opportunity to learn from the owners of companies in the top tier of home care. We are also working on two additional dates/locations for the Spring.
Not only is the Private Duty Field Trip an opportunity for you to talk with highly successful owners, but you get to tour their offices and meet key employees within the company. They’ll give you insight into their internal processes, marketing strategies, caregiver recruiting and retention strategies, and their company structure. Then you get to have an all afternoon Q&A session where you can ask any questions you want of the host company or even the other owners attending. This is a small group environment – only 12 attendees per Field Trip – so it’s an intimate learning opportunity. We’ve been told by past attendees that they love having the chance to talk to other owners that are going through the same growing pains or have gone through the same growing pains and have come out on the other side bigger and better than ever.
Our first Field Trip for 2016 will be on March 15-16 in Virginia Beach, hosted by Seniorcorp. Seniorcorp was founded by Tom Knox in 2003 to address the need in the community for compassionate, quality in-home care services for the aging population. Dedicated to “changing the way America ages,” Seniorcorp offers seniors the ability to remain in their homes as they age, where they can still feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Seniorcorp caregivers are well-trained to provide assisted living services such as light housekeeping, laundry, organizing mail, entertainment, transportation, personal care, pet care, meal planning, and more — all done with a smile, love, and support.
