Next month, we’re heading to the other coast to Corona, California to visit Alta Home Care and CEO Jake Fackrell.  We received many requests to go West and are so happy to be able to fulfill those requests through Jake’s willingness to open the doors of his company to welcome you for this incredible learning experience.

Alta Home Care was started by Jake Fackrell and a business partner and they grew the company to 7,000 service hours per week.  They decided to sell their majority interest to an investment group that then asked Jake to stay on as the CEO, and now Alta does 11,000 service hours per week.  The investment group also owns a home care company, A First Name Basis, that serves Louisiana and does 6,000 service hours per week.  As you can see, the behind the scenes business part of Alta is interesting, but they also take pride in 5 reasons that they are different from the rest and remain on of the home care leaders in America.

  1. Exclusive Care Management Program
  2. Complimentary Nurse Oversight Visits
  3. Prompt Response Time
  4. Intensive Caregiver Training
  5. Locally Established and Privately Owned

Attending the Field Trip will allow you to learn how they do things at Alta Home Care, from starting out to continuing to grow and everything in between.  The Field Trip starts with an opening dinner reception at Citrus City Grille on March 17th.  Then, on March 18th, you’ll spend the entire day with Jake and any other key team members, when they’ll give you a tour of the office, talk about operations, marketing techniques, and then devote the entire afternoon to answering any questions from you.  Don’t miss this opportunity to spend a day with Jake and learn how to grow your business.  Space is limited to 15 people to allow for optimum interaction among the group, so you’ll want to register today!
