The Home Care Association of America is the leading trade association representing companies that provide private pay, non-medical home care and that employ caregivers. The Illinois Chapter of HCAOA is THE only state association for PRIVATE DUTY agencies who come together to support each other and to promote the growth of home care in the state of Illinois. The Illinois Chapter is one of the most active in the nation, taking the lead on legislative lobbying efforts in Springfield regarding bills that affect our industry (e.g., The Domestic Worker Bill), consumer safety and protection, and others that may impact our industry. The IL Chapter also has a close working relationship with IDPH, especially with the rules and regulations impacting how we deliver our service and differentiate our agencies as true leaders in home care.
