Caregivers Home Health Inc., a home care company with multiple locations in Wisconsin, has been acquired by ResCare Inc. of Louisville, Ky.

Caregivers Home Health provides home care and personal care services primarily to the elderly at locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa and Florida. Annual revenue is expected to be $20 million, of which about 70 percent comes through Medicaid. Another 8 percent is through private pay, with the rest coming primarily through local government contracts or insurance companies.

Caregivers becomes part of ResCare HomeCare and will be integrated into the existing home care operations in those states. Caregivers’ Wisconsin locations includes Oshkosh, Appleton, Green Bay, Fond du Lac, Janesville and La Crosse, among others.
