In the benchmarking study,  The Leaders are all those companies who participated  in the study, and who generate more than $2 million in Revenue.  The median size of The Leaders in 2013 was $3,343,000.

  3. Hospital Discharge Planners
  4. Independent Living Facilities
  5. Medicare Certified Home Health Agencies
  6. Hospices
  7. Skilled Nursing Facilities
  8. Area Agency on Aging
  9. Continuing Care Retirement Communities
  10. Trusted Advisers and Other
